Area Repeaters  2 Meters The North Iowa Amateur Radio Club has access to  two 2-meter repeaters.   The 146.76/16 repeater (KBØJBF) is located on the west side of Mason City atop the Interstate Grain elevator. This repeater is owned and operated under the North Iowa Repeater club, which is an affiliate of the North Iowa Amateur Radio club. Funds raised from membership in the NIARC help to defer costs of maintenance of this repeater.   There is a new repeater on now IT IS ON THE BIG TOWER NORTH OF NIACC AT 360 FT. IT IS CONNECTED TO THE FIBER OPTIC STATE WIDE SYSTEM WITH A LINK TO K0DMX & THE 146.820 IN DES MOINES, IA 147.315+ 203.5 TONE FOR STATE WIDE 103.5 TONE FOR LOCAL ONLY USE 203.5 IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO SOMEBODY SOME PLACE IN THE STATE OR K0DMX IN DES MOINES, IA THANK YOU KB0JBF   ALSO REMEMBER THAT APRS IS ON 144.390 SIMPLEX
